Note: block the online check as follow: open the HOSTS and insert this line:
127.0.0.1 db43.pair.com
You found the HOSTS under Win9x in the windows folder. Under W2K/XP you found the HOSTS here: in the windows folder/ system32/drivers/etc. No connect to the mysql database!
